We are proud to say that all our nurseries are graded either Good or Outstanding! Each of our nurseries are rated separately by Ofsted. Feel free to call any of our settings to find out what they were graded in their last inspection.

Most of our nurseries offer the following sessions but please speak to each individual nursery as sessions may vary across settings. 

For our 15-hour free funded places we offer the following sessions:

8.15am – 12pm Monday – Thursday (Term time only)

12.45pm – 4.30pm Monday – Thursday (Term time only)

For our 30-hour free funded places we offer the following sessions:

8am – 2pm Monday – Friday (Term time only)

12pm – 6pm Monday – Friday (Term time only)

Stretch offer for 30-hour places 

8am – 12.30pm Monday – Friday (All year round)

1pm – 5.30pm Monday to Friday (All year round)

Private places:  For our private places all sessions vary and are available part time and full time. Please contact local branch for more information.

Yes, we do! At Kiddycare, we believe that children need warm and responsive adults to be around to support their learning, behaviour and development. We understand that children reach their full potential by having good home setting links. Therefore, as part of our philosophy we make sure that every child has their own Key Person.

Our pre-school children only wear uniform as part of our school readiness programme.

We carry out a baseline assessment meeting with parents once your child has settled in well within the nursery (usually within the first 6 weeks of them starting). After this meeting, we carry out parent’s meetings on a termly basis. However, we have an open-door policy at all of our settings so parents can come in and ask any questions and speak to their child’s person about their development and progress at any time.

Our ratios between adult and child vary depending on the age of your child.

Babies ratio is 3:1

Toddlers ratio is 4:1

Pre-school ratio is 8:1

Early Years Teacher ratio is 13:1

Yes, we do! We have a variety of funded options available within our nurseries. Contact your local Kiddycare Nursery to discuss the best option available for you and your family.

Yes, we do! During the summer months, we provide a holiday club within our Nursery for children ages 4-11.

Yes, we do! Our lovely chefs in the kitchen cook freshly home cooked meals every day!

Yes, they do! All of our nurseries have great outdoor facilities that are fully equipped and designed to allow children to explore and have fun outdoors

Yes, we do! Our well trained staff also liaise with parents and work in partnership to make this process as seamless as possible.

Yes, they do! All our nurseries provide an open-door policy whereby parents are able to come and speak to a member of staff in confidence if they have any questions or queries. We are always here to listen and support families.
